Eclipse was approached to develop the marketing and communications pieces for a small real estate development in Departure Bay, Nanaimo. The Tides building was made up of 14 spa-like residences — all designed and finished in a west coast contemporary style. Eclipse was tasked with the development of the project logo, sales brochure, microsite and site signage.
